We offer straightening presses that are used to even out sheets of metals and metal objects like girders, channels, shafts, angles etc. It helps to make them perfectly in shape without any irregularity or unevenness. It is used in most heavy and light engineering industries to manufacture H frame and C Frame types. It is available in numerous sizes and controls like manual control, push button control and in some of the higher ended variety, even touch screen controls.
They are made using an assemblage of rods, that have been engineered and then hard chrome metal plated. This metal plating is done to make the rods even tougher and durable along with being rust proof. These are then again grinded to remove any kind of undulating surface. After a thorough control checking, these rods are assembled and fixed. The rods are commonly known as tie rods.
